A: A dueling pianos show is an interactive, high-energy performance where two pianists face each other, trading songs, jokes, and banter—all while taking live requests from the audience. It’s part concert, part comedy, and part sing-along, making every show unique.

Q: How is dueling pianos different from a band or DJ?
A: Unlike a band or DJ, dueling pianos is completely request-driven. Your guests pick the playlist, and we mix in humor, improv, and audience participation for an unforgettable experience.

 

Q: What kind of music do you play?
A: Pretty much everything—from classics like Elton John and Billy Joel to pop, rock, country, hip hop, and current radio hits. If your guests can sing it, we can play it!

Q: How long is a typical show?
A: Most shows run 1.5 hours, but we’ll tailor the length to your event’s needs.

Q: Do you take requests?
A: Yes! Requests are the heart of the show. Guests can write down their favorite songs, and we keep the music flowing.

Q: Can the show be family-friendly?
A: Absolutely. We met performing for Disney so we know how to keep a show clean. We adapt our style to the audience—appropriate for corporate or family events, or a little edgier for nightlife venues.

Logistics & Booking

Q: Do you provide the pianos and sound equipment?
A: We’re happy to help! If the event is in our home area, we bring all of our own production.  For events we fly to, some venues provide equipment, but if not, we’ll connect you with trusted production partners in your area.

Q: How much space do you need?
A stage area around 8x16 feet is ideal, but we can adapt to larger or smaller spaces.

Q: I see that many companies who provide dueling pianos have a large roster of players.  How do I know who is playing at my event?
