What is the content of your show?
The content of our show really depends on what you would like. Generally we start the evening off slowly serving more as background music. We pick it up just a bit during dessert. Then after all of the speeches, special dances, and any presentations, the real fun begins! We take the place of a dance band, DJ, and emcee. Not only do we play music that will get everyone on their feet dancing, we are highly interactive with the guests. We hold contests, bring people up the pianos to sing to them, and have everyone singing and clapping along the entire time! All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the entertainment! [back to FAQ]

Will you play any special song request we have?
Absolutely. Remember, this is your day and we are hear to accomodate your music choices in anyway. If you have a special song that you would like for your first dance, mother/son dance, father/daughter dance, we are more than happy to play it. If you have a song that your mother just loves, we will play it. If your grandparents want to hear their wedding song, we will play it. Our repetoire is large enough to accomodate all requests. However, if we don't know a song, just let us know in advance and we will learn it. [back to FAQ]

Who will announce the wedding party as they enter the reception hall?
We will announce the wedding party in any fashion you would like. Generally we play the background music of your choice while announcing each party member ending with the bride and groom. In fact, we can take care of all announcements and introductions throughout the entire evening. However, if you have a family member, friend, or wedding planner to serve as emcee, we will provide a microphone for their use. [back to FAQ]

How will you incorporate speeches?
Speeches are an important part of a wedding reception. We will provide a wireless microphone for all speeches (planned and unplanned). We will work with you to plan where you would like to place your speeches during the reception and if you would like any background music. [back to FAQ]

May our guests sing with you?
Absolutely! Although we are not Karaoke, we love for some guests to come up and sing with us. We also have the ability to make a "Rock-a-Rokie" section of the reception. If you and your guests have ever had the desire to "front" a band, join us while singing from a list of popular songs (we will also provide the words). [back to FAQ]

Can you also play for the ceremony?
Yes. We are more than happy to play for your ceremony as well. Generally, it will just be either Jeff or Rhiannon playing the piano. However, if your wedding ceremony is located in a church, the church generally uses their own organist/pianist. If this is the case, we recommend having the resident musician play for the ceremony. [back to FAQ]

Can you suggest songs for the different key moments in the reception?
We have a lot of experience when it comes to wedding receptions and know what works and what doesn't. We are more than happy to play any songs you would like. However, if you are unsure of what song you would like at any moment of the reception, we are more than happy to suggest and play a song that we have had success with in the past. Our best suggestion to you is to think of songs that mean a lot to you or remind you of a special time that you have shared as a couple. [back to FAQ]

Can we lower the price if we provide pianos and a sound system?
As a general rule, no. We prefer to provide our own equipment. We have special pianos equipped with features that make our show unique. Using regular grand pianos can be more of a hassle and expense to you (tuning each piano individually, much less to each other, is quite costly). However, we are always open to suggestions. [back to FAQ]

How long will you play?
However long you would like us to! Wedding receptions generally last around 3-4 hours. However, we will play until the dance floor is empty! [back to FAQ]

Do you take breaks?
We can keep the party going straight through the evening if you would like. There are natural breaks built into the rituals of most wedding celebrations, such as the introductions of the wedding party, the cutting of the cake, the tossing of the garter and the bouquet, etc. We also have the ability to play "canned" music (like a DJ) through our PA system during any breaks. [back to FAQ]

Do you recommend on adding a drummer?
People love to dance at weddings, and a good drummer makes dueling pianos more danceable. We are usually able to hire professional drummers with whom we've worked before. However, a drummer is by no means required if you would just like two pianos. [back to FAQ]

Who arranges and pays for your flights, hotel accommodations, and the pianos?
We take care off everything. This is part of our hassle-free, all-inclusive rate. All you have to do is show up to the reception and enjoy our music! [back to FAQ]

What will you wear?
We will wear whatever you would like us to wear. If the reception is very formal or casual, we will dress accordingly. If you would like us to match the wedding party or the wedding colors, we are more than happy to. Our clothing style is up to you! [back to FAQ]

Are you a family-friendly show?
Absolutely. Although we have had much success performing a night club style of show, we actually prefer a more family oriented show that can be enjoyed by those who are 2 or 92! We have experience working with both Disney Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean International where our show is very family-friendly. We have experience on Disney doing kids/family shows that were packed every night! We take pride in having a very classy show so you don't have to worry about anyone being offended. [back to FAQ]

How far in advance should we book you?
It's always a good idea to book us 3-6 months in advance. Our schedule tends to fill up very quickly throughout the year. We do have a schedule posted on the calendar portion of our website with our available dates. However, if your wedding date is unavailable, contact us anyway as there is always the possibility of a cancellation or a rescheduling. [back to FAQ]

What do you require to secure the date and finalize the deal?
When we get the verbal go-ahead from you, we will mail you a simple contract that specifies the date, the price, and our services to you. We ask for a 50% deposit payment at the time of signing and the remaining 50% when the party's over. Once you sign and send the contract back to us along with the deposit payment, the musical portion of your wedding will be planned and ready to go! [back to FAQ]
